On outside stove
2 cups water
2 Tbsp loose tea
(I mix Lipton and tetley)
2 tsp earl grey tea
2tsp Cardmom powder
1/2 anise seed
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 clove
1/4 tsp saffron
1/2 cinnamon
2 Tbsp milk powder
Jaggery or brown sugar sugar 1/4 cup
1/4 tsp ginger grated (optional)
1/4 tsp turmeric optional
1/4 cup light cream
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Half and half 1 cup
Mix everything together and put in a pot on open flame, stir frm time to time till the tea changes color. Pour in cups. If using clays cup, put water in them for 15 mins, throw water, dry them on open flame till they are steaming hot. Pour tea in them.
