Chukander Gosht Shorbay wala

INGREDIENTS:


  1. Meat - 1/2 kg

  2. Chukander (Beetroot) - 3

  3. Onion - 1 medium

  4. Tomatoes - 3

  5. Garlic Ginger paste - 1 Tbsp

  6. Masalay - Red Chillie powder, tumeric, corriander powder, salt

  7. For garnish - Green Chillies, green corriander, lemon juice


METHOD:


1.Fry onion in some oil

2.Add meat and fry.

3.Add garlic ginger and fry.

4. Add masalay salt, red chillie powder, huldi, dhania powder and fry.

5.Add water and cook on low flame till meat becomes tender.

6. Add tomatoes and fry till oil seperates.

7. Add sliced chukander and 2 cup of water and cook till chukander are tender.

8. Adjust amount of water for shorba.

9. Add green chillies, lemon juice and put it on dum for 5 min

10. Serve with White rice and enjoy x
