DILNASHEEN QORMA🌶

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken / Mutton 1kg 
- Brown ready made fried onion - 5Tbs 
- Yogurt 1.5 cup 
- Garlic ginger 2 tbs 
- Sabut garam masala (cloves 10, whole black pepper 15, green cardamon 6, black cardamon 3, cinnamon stick 3) 
- Jaifal jawatri powder 1/4 tsp each 
- Garam masal powder 1/2 tsp 
- Kewra 2 Tbsp 
Masalay: mix masalas below in water and set aside
- red chillie powder - 2 / 3 tsp (as require) 
- salt 
- degi mirch - 1 tsp 
- haldi 
- corriander powder - 4 Tbsp 
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp 
- Shaan Korma Masala 1Tbs (optional) 
Method:
- Add oil to pan and fry the browned onion a bit, remove from oil and spread it on tissue paper and crush it. Set aside. 
- In same oil add all your garam masalay and fry till fragrant. 
- Add garlic ginger and fry till you can smell gg 
- Add Chicken, fry till it changes color, remove from pan and set aside. 
- Add you soaked masalay and bhoonafy till oil is seperated. Be careful to not burn them. 
- Add yogurt and bhoonafy well till oil seperates. 
- Add your brown onion and bhoonafy. 
- Now add your chicken back and bhoonafy on high heat well. 
- Now add water for shorba, cover the pan and cook till chicken is done. 
- Take a frying pan, add some oil and 1/2 tsp red chillie powder and fry on low heat and add this bhagar to your korma, make sure your red chillies donot get burnt. 
- Add jaifal jawtri and garam masala powder. 
- Add kewra water. 
- Put on dum on slow flame. 
Your delicious Korma is ready!!!
