Pineapple Dream Dessert♥️

Ingredients:
For Pineapple Bake:
425g crushed pineapple tin
300g can condensed milk
280ml Double cream / Whipping cream
For decoration:
280ml Double cream / Whipping cream
Candy crush and Oreo biscuits
Pineapple pieces
Roasted almonds silvers
Method:
1. Drain pineapple juice in a colander so that you have the pineapples pieces left.
Crush them slightly so they are no longer in solid chunks but broken up.
2. Mix pineapple pieces with condensed milk and double cream.
3. Spread mixture in pyrex rectangular or square dish.
4. Bake in a preheat oven for 13 - 15 min at 180 degrees.
5. Stir once with a spoon while it is baking. Mixture will be bubbling as it cooks. It shouldn’t be dried bake like cake and should be moist.
6. Take out from oven. Let it cool completely.
7. Pour your Double cream / Whipping cream in a bowl. Make sure it is completely chilled before use. Beat it till you get soft peaks.
8. Top your pineapple bake with whipped cream.
9. Decorate with pineapple slices, crushed biscuits, roasted almonds.
10. Cool it in fridge and take out when ready to serve 😊

For decorating with lines pattern:
For decorating like the picture below, just use crushed Lotus and Oreo biscuits and make alternate lines, topped with some pineapple and roasted almonds.
You can use any combination of biscuits with different colors to bring this effect :)
