Aloo Sabzi

Very simple and authentic recipe for delicious subha kai naashtay wali Aloo ki Sabzi.

Ingredients:


Potatoes - 2 -3 medium size cut in square small slices

White Cumin - 1.5 tsp

Kalonji - 1 tsp

Rye - 1 tsp

Saunf - 1\2 tsp

Methi Daana - 1\2 tsp

Curry leaves - 3 -4

Red chillies powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 1\2 tsp

Salt - according to taste

Crushed red chillies - 1\2 tsp

Lemon juice

Rice flour - 2Tbsp mixed with some water

Oil - 4 Tbsp



Method:

Mix all the above ingredients except lemon juice.

Cook till potatoes are tender.

Add rice flour so the sabzi becomes bit thicker.

Keep on dum for 5 minutes.

Lastly add some lemon juice.

Your simple Aloo Sabzi is ready, serve it with parathay / puri and enjoy!!
