RECIPE BY - NADIA NAZIRI

Made hum sub kaa favourite ♥️Aloo Gosht ♥️ with Taway walee Roti, loved it!!!

Ingredients:
Meat ~ 700 gm
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 4
Fresh minced garlic ginger - 1Tbs
Oil
Masalay : Red Chillie, turmeric, Dhania powder, degi mirch, salt, cumin powder, garam masala (just a little)
Garnish: green chillies, green dhania, lemon
Method:
1. Fry the onions, then add meat and bhoonafy till changes color. Add garlic ginger and bhoonafy.
2. Add all masalay except degi mirch and fry.
3. Add water and let it cook till meat is nearly tender.
4. Add potatoes and let cook till potatoes are nearly done.
5. At this stage I take all the meat and potatoes out, add tomatoes and couple of whole green chillies and cook and bhoonafy till oil gets seperate. Add degi mirch and fry.
6. After tomatoes masala is done, add back your meat and potatoes and fry lightly ensuring you are not breaking the potatoes.
7. Add boil water as much as you require to do the shorba, put a green chillie and let it simmer like a dum for 5 - 10 minutes making sure Aloo naa totain as you dont want aloo pieces to get mixed in shorba.
8. Your Aloo Gosht is ready. Garnish with cut green chillies, green dhania and lemon juice.
Make your garam garam Phulkay and enjoy your delicious shorbay wala Aloo Gosht 😍♥️
