Hot & Sour Soup

INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1
Lemon grass - 1 Tbsp
Ketchup - 1 cup
Chilli Garlic Sauce - 1 Cup
Hot Sauce - 1Tbsp
Vinegar - 1/4th cup or less
Soya sauce - 3 - 4 Tbsp
Corn Flour - 1/2 cup add according to consistency
Egg whites - 2
Salt, red pepper, Chinese Salt and Chicken Powder according to taste
METHOD:
In a med pot, boil one chicken.
When boiled take it out and debone the meat and add the shredded chicken back in the stock.
Add salt, red pepper, Chinese salt and chicken powder acc to taste.
And add whole lemon grass or 1Tbsp lemon grass powder that’s the key ingredient.
Add 1 cup ketchup, 1 cup chili garlic sauce, 1 Tbsp hot sauce, 1/4 cup or less vinegar, few Tbsp soya sauce.
Add corn starch to thicken the soup.
When thick just before serving add in the soup 2 egg whites and keep on stirring.
Soup is ready.
You can add cabbage and carrots if u want. Serve hot with crackers or tortillas.
