Hot & Sour Soup

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken 1 
- Lemon grass - 1 Tbsp 
- Ketchup - 1 cup 
- Chilli Garlic Sauce - 1 Cup 
- Hot Sauce - 1Tbsp 
- Vinegar - 1/4th cup or less 
- Soya sauce - 3 - 4 Tbsp 
- Corn Flour - 1/2 cup add according to consistency 
- Egg whites - 2 
- Salt, red pepper, Chinese Salt and Chicken Powder according to taste 
METHOD:
- In a med pot, boil one chicken. 
- When boiled take it out and debone the meat and add the shredded chicken back in the stock. 
- Add salt, red pepper, Chinese salt and chicken powder acc to taste. 
- And add whole lemon grass or 1Tbsp lemon grass powder that’s the key ingredient. 
- Add 1 cup ketchup, 1 cup chili garlic sauce, 1 Tbsp hot sauce, 1/4 cup or less vinegar, few Tbsp soya sauce. 
- Add corn starch to thicken the soup. 
- When thick just before serving add in the soup 2 egg whites and keep on stirring. 
- Soup is ready. 
You can add cabbage and carrots if u want. Serve hot with crackers or tortillas.
