INGREDIENTS
- Oil 1/2 cup 
- Crushed Ginger 2Tbs + 1/2 tsp 
- Minced Meat - 1 kg 
- Red Chilli Powder - 1Tbs 
- Crushed Chilli - 1Tbs 
- Chaat Masala - 1Tbs 
- Methi - 1Tbs 
- Chicken Powder - 1Tbs 
- Black Pepper - 1 Tbs 
- Citric Acid - 1/4th tsp or Lemon juice 3 Tbsp 
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp 
- Plain Flour (maida) - 2 tsp 
- Tomato Puree - 2 cups (blend tomatoes with some water) 
METHOD
- Add oil in pot and add crushed ginger. 
- Add all Masalay and fry 
- Add little water so masala doesn't get burned. 
- Add Tomato puree and salt and cook till water gets somewhat dried. 
- Add minced meat and fry. 
- Cook and cover for 10 min. Add some water if needed. 
- Add some green corriander, 1/2 tsp of crushed ginger, mint leaves and green and red chillies. 
- Let it cook on slow flame for another 7 min. 
- Add some more garnish and julienne ginger and dum for 5 min. 
- Serve with Naans or parathas
