INGREDIENTS

  1. Oil 1/2 cup

  2. Crushed Ginger 2Tbs + 1/2 tsp

  3. Minced Meat - 1 kg

  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1Tbs

  5. Crushed Chilli - 1Tbs

  6. Chaat Masala - 1Tbs

  7. Methi - 1Tbs

  8. Chicken Powder - 1Tbs

  9. Black Pepper - 1 Tbs

  10. Citric Acid - 1/4th tsp or Lemon juice 3 Tbsp

  11. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

  12. Plain Flour (maida) - 2 tsp

  13. Tomato Puree - 2 cups (blend tomatoes with some water)



METHOD

  1. Add oil in pot and add crushed ginger.

  2. Add all Masalay and fry

  3. Add little water so masala doesn't get burned.

  4. Add Tomato puree and salt and cook till water gets somewhat dried.

  5. Add minced meat and fry.

  6. Cook and cover for 10 min. Add some water if needed.

  7. Add some green corriander, 1/2 tsp of crushed ginger, mint leaves and green and red chillies.

  8. Let it cook on slow flame for another 7 min.

  9. Add some more garnish and julienne ginger and dum for 5 min.

  10. Serve with Naans or parathas
