Shrimps Chowmein ❤️

Ingredients:

Fresh noodles or thin spaghetti 1 pack = 1 lb Shrimps 2 lbs Salt 1/2 tsp ( careful with the salt since other sauces have salt in them too ) Sesame oil 2 tsp Regular oil 2 tbsp Soya sauce 2 tbsp Chillie flakes 2 tsp ( Plz adjust) Chillie garlic sauce 2 tsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Oyster sauce or Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp Crushed garlic or powder 1tbsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Red , green & yellow peppers 2 cups Celery 1 cup cut in small cubes Spring onions on top for garnish ( I was out of Celery and green onions it gives really nice taste in Chowmein)


Method:


In a pan put oil , garlic , chillie flakes and sauté shrimps , red , green peppers till it get tender,thn add all the spices and sauté for 5 mins and keep aside

In seprate pan boil noodles with little salt when done drain the water and mix in the shrimps mixture . in the end add sesame oil and mix well U can add ur favorite Vegtable too in chowmein but today I didn’t use I added extra cooked shrimps for more flavor


Tips :

1... I always keep my frozen vegetables mix packet in the freezer which has broccoli, celery ,carrots , mushrooms, beans . If u r using fresh vegetables thn steam them don't boil it will loose its nutrients 2..I always keep small cleaned and marinated chicken cubes 1 lb packets & Shrimps in my freezer so it saves my time since my kids really get hungry 3...I always keep dry spaghetti in my pantry for quick lunch or dinner if u want to make with spaghetti use thin spaghetti it's more presentable and looks like fresh noodles 4..u can use fresh noodles too if u r using spaghetti when u drain water add 2 tbsp oil on spaghetti so it won't stick together and will stay seprate 5..if u want to make spicy in the end when all ready and cooked add extra 1 tbsp chillie garlic sauce and mix well 6.. This brown color is very presentable which comes with hoisin or oyster sauce I used Hoisen sauce in this recipe it's bit at sweeter side so u can adjust with vinegar Enjoy
