White Sauce Chicken Spaghetti

White Sauce:

Ingredients : - butter - 2tbsp - Flour - 4 tbsp - Milk - 1 cup - Salt - to taste - Black pepper - 1/2 tsp - Cheese

Method: - In a wok add butter - Add flour mix it well - Add milk slowly to it - Add cheese, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.


For Chicken:

- Oil - 3 tbsp - Chicken - 200gms - Gg paste - 1 tbsp - Tikka masala- as required - Salt - to taste

Method: - Add oil in a wok and add gg paste, stir for 2 minutes. - Add chicken and mix it well. - When chicken color changes,add chicken tikka masala and salt. - Cook it till it gets tender.


For preparing Alfredo :

Ingredients :

- Oil - 2 tbsp - Spagetti ( boiled) - Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp - Salt - to taste - Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp - Chicken powder - 1 sachet ( i used knorr yakni sachet)

Method :

- Heat oil, add crushed garlic, sauté for a minute. - Add chicken, white sauce, black pepper powder , salt, chicken powder, and red chilli flakes - mix all and add boiled spaghetti to it. - Garnish with cheese and red chilli flakes.
