Crispy Fried Chicken

Marination for 1 kg Chicken. (Take any piece of your choice. You can use boneless too)
(Try it with boneless fish, just skip the buttermilk part)
Mix 1 cup water, 1 tbsp vinegar,
1 tbsp Black pepper, 1 tbsp gg paste, 1 tbsp red chilli flakes and powder
Salt to taste
Add 1 kg chicken. Mix properly, prick the chicken with fork, it will make the chicken more flavourful. keep it aside for half n hour atleast. Don't throw the marination. let it stay till the process ends. otherwise chicken will be tasteless.
Buttermilk:
1 ½cup milk
1 tbsp vinegar
Mix and set aside, homemade buttermilk is ready.
Buttermilk makes the chicken super moist and juicy plus discards blood.
Dry coating:
2 cups maida/flour
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes & powder 1 tsp
Onion/garlic powder(optional) 1 tsp
Mix And keep aside
Now,
Take out your marinated chicken and dip in buttermilk and then coat with the flour mix.
Achay say jhaarna hai after flour coat
You can double coat too.
Now,
Deep fry the chicken on medium heat and don't overcrowd the pan.
