Dynamite Prawns

Ingredients:

  1. 300g Prawns/Shrimps

  2. 1/4 cup Vinegar

  3. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

  4. 1/2 tsp Salt

  5. 1 cup Water

  6. Ingredients for sauce:

  7. 1 cup Mayonnaise

  8. 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce

  9. 4 tbsp Sriracha sauce

  10. 1/4 tsp Paprika

  11. 1/4 tsp Sesame oil

  12. Ingredients for coating:

  13. 4 Eggs

  14. 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  15. Salt to taste

  16. 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce

  17. 1/2 cup Corn flour

  18. 1 cup All-purpose flour

  19. 1 tsp Garlic powder

  20. Salt to taste


Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, water and soak prawns in it for 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. In a bowl add black pepper, eggs, salt and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.

  3. In another bowl mix flour, corn flour, garlic powder and set aside.

  4. Coat prawns firstly in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.

  5. Then deep fry prawns until light golden brown.

  6. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika and sesame oil. And your dynamite sauce is ready.

  7. Coat prawns in dynamite sauce, sprinkle spring onion and serve.
