Dynamite Prawns

Recipe Credits - Sooper Chef

Ingredients:
- 300g Prawns/Shrimps 
- 1/4 cup Vinegar 
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 
- 1/2 tsp Salt 
- 1 cup Water 
- Ingredients for sauce: 
- 1 cup Mayonnaise 
- 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce 
- 4 tbsp Sriracha sauce 
- 1/4 tsp Paprika 
- 1/4 tsp Sesame oil 
- Ingredients for coating: 
- 4 Eggs 
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper 
- Salt to taste 
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 
- 1/2 cup Corn flour 
- 1 cup All-purpose flour 
- 1 tsp Garlic powder 
- Salt to taste 
Directions:
- In a bowl mix vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, water and soak prawns in it for 10 to 15 minutes. 
- In a bowl add black pepper, eggs, salt and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside. 
- In another bowl mix flour, corn flour, garlic powder and set aside. 
- Coat prawns firstly in egg mixture and then in flour mixture. 
- Then deep fry prawns until light golden brown. 
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika and sesame oil. And your dynamite sauce is ready. 
- Coat prawns in dynamite sauce, sprinkle spring onion and serve.
