Recipe:
Simple rooh afza/Nauras doodh/jameshireen/rose syrup bana k us mei tukhmalanga add karein. Add ice.
Dryfruits too, as your wish, ap ka sharbat hai after all 😂🤫
1 litre pani mein, 1 sachet (1 tbsp) china grass ya gelatin daalein. Aik boil aanay dein. Add lil sugar. settle it in a plate, add your desired colours. let is cool and cut shapes.
Few Edits:
*China grass/gelatin kisi bhi pansaari/general store say miljaega :)
*Normal jelly is liye use nai ki kyun k woh bottom mei settle hojati hai upar nai rehti. Plus it leaves colour too.
* i had liquid food colours.
Ap china grass coloured bhi lesktay hain.
*You can add essence to your china grass too for flavor
