Mongolian Beef With Veg Fried Rice

Recipe:
Marinate, 1.5 cup beef/chicken/fish in
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1.5 tbsp
1/4 cup cornflour.
Marinate for an hour and stir fry.
Mongolian Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp red chilli flakes
4 tbsp water
Mix and add to the pan cook till it gets thick. Add your stir fried beef.. add green part of spring Onion, sprinkle sesame seeds. enjoy
