Refreshing jaggery (gur) drink

INGREDIENTS:


3 big pieces of jaggery or to taste

Water to fill your blender

Few Tbsp regular sugar

Juice of Half lemon or lime

1/2 tsp black salt

Pinch of shredded ginger optional

Ice


METHOD:


  1. Blend everything together check if u need more sugar or salt and a refreshing summer drink is ready. Serve chilled.

  2. It tasted a little bit like sugarcane juice but nonetheless it’s awesome on its own. Do give it a try😋it was an instant hit with my family👌🏻
