INGREDIENTS:
2 small containers of ricotta around 3 cups approx 2 cups jaggery 2 cups milk powder 8Tbsp sugar
METHOD:
Put ricotta in a pan and add jaggery after a while and melt it then add milk powder and later on sugar and keep stirring till all the moisture is gone and the mixture starts to combine. Leave it to cool and make flattened round balls. Decorate and garnish with edible gold or silver foil, raisins or crushed nuts
