Coconut Mithai (Coconut Ladoo)

Ingredients:

3 small cups of Desiccated coconut 3 tablespoons of milk powder 1 tin condensed milk 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder 2 tablespoons ghee


Method:

1) In a non stick pan, put ghee and Desiccated coconut. Roast it on very slow flame for 3 to 5 minutes. 2) After 5 minutes add cardamom powder, condensed milk, milk powder. 3) Mix it well until everything is well combined and leaves the sides of a pan. 4) Cool the mixture. 5) Put oil or ghee in your palms and make round, smooth and crack free balls. 6) You can add any colour of your choice in the mixture. 7) Garnish with shredded coconut. 8) Enjoy.
