For 2 cups
Boil 2 cups of water.
Add:
Crushed ginger (2 small piece, as shown in video)
Crushed cardamom (3)
Cinnamon stick (2 small)
Long (3)
Chai patti/tea leaves (2 tbsp) I've used tapal danedar.
Give it a good boil.
Add half cup milk (room temperature) I've used milkpak.
One boil and you're done. Enjoy the karak Masala Chai.
