Mango Squash!

Easy peesy plus all you need is 3 ingredients!

💜 5 mangoes puree ( no need of adding water, just blend)

Tip:

Try taking 4 riped mangoes and 1 keri, it works as a preservative plus gives a khatta meetha taste)


Sugar 2 cups

Cook mango puree plus sugar for 30 minutes on medium flame.

Tip:

Don't add any water, no water= squash stays fresh for longer time.


Now add lemon juice (5-6 lemons)

Cook for exact 10 minutes.


Turn off the flame, Let it cool for an hour.

Tip:

You can add 2 pinch of citric acid (tatri) at this point.


Pour it in a bottle. Refrigerate.

Tip:

Dip this bottle in an iced cold water bowl/pot etc for 5 mins. Take it out and refrigerate. Works best as a preservative for months.
