Ingredients : -milk - 1.5 litre -sugar -elachi - 2 -vanilla custard powder - 1.5 tbsp ( dissolve in water) -jellies ( colors as u desire) -almonds ( finely chopped) -basil seeds ( soaked)
Method: -Boil milk with sugar and elachi. -add dissolved custard powder to it and keep stirring. -check the sugar and let it cool. -refrigerate till it cold. -prepare jelly with one cup of water and let it set.. Cut them into small cubes. -Now when milk is cool, add soaked basil seeds. -sliced almonds and jelly. Mix well and serve.
Notes:
-add jelly, right before serving. -u can adjust the sugar quantity according to your taste. -dont increase the custard powder quantity. -you can omit custard powder and can add red syrup ( but adjust sugar quantity)
