👉(A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE BIHARIS)
It is my Family's traditional and a must must recepie on Bakra Eid... My Ammi cooks Bestest Grail ...it is easiest and yummiest.a must try recepie.
Ingredients:
Fresh Mutton or Beef 1kg Charbi wala gosht ( with bones and boneless mixed meat should has fats on it) Ginger n garlic paste 2 tablespoons Salt to taste (1 cinnamon stick, 4 to 5 cloves ,4 to 5 black pepper corns) totally optional.i didn't add.
Method:
In a pot put meat pieces.Add ginger garlic paste .cover the lid and cook it on very slow flame.
Until meat tenders 90% ,then bhoonify it on medium to high flame in same oil released by meat. Put salt , black pepper and enjoy..

Don't add single drop of water. Fats will release water.and will cook on its own.. Meat with soft fats is necessary. You can take any meat part preferably with bones. Add salt in last..cz salt if added earlier makes your gosht black. It is not spicy. We sprinkle black pepper on top. Serve with onions with vinegar or lemon. Super delicious and a must try recepie.
