Meatballs were juicy and soft .perfectly cooked in a balanced tomato sauce..
Serving 5
Ingredients:
For Meat Balls:
Half kg beef mince Ginger and garlic powder or paste 2teaspoons Turmeric powder half teaspoon Coriander powder 1 and a half teaspoons Cumin powder 1teaspoon Red chillie powder 1teaspoon Salt 1teaspoon White breads 2 soaked in water
In a chopper add all the above ingredients and chop well. until well combined.
I made small meat balls .. approx 20 (didn't counted)
For Sauce:
4 to 5 tablespoons oil 1 medium size onion sliced 2 cloves garlic chopped 2 cups of tomato puree 1/4th cup tomato paste 3 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons vinegar 1teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Water(i put water in which spaghetti was boiled)
Spagetti : Half packet 250gms. Boiled in salt water for 8 to 10 mins .as mentioned in packet
Method:
In a pot put oil, onion and garlic , saute it for 5 mins .when onion is translucent. Add all the ingredients mentioned above.
Cook the sauce .Add water (boiled spaghetti water) . When it starts boiling .Add meat balls in sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
Add boiled spaghetti and stir well until well coated with sauce. Serve hot and enjoy.🙂 #sumerasohail
