Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe:
Prep: 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
500 g button mushrooms
3 tbsp quark
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp garlic (grated)
Black pepper crushed (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1/3 tsp dill leaves
1 tsp olive oil.
Method:
Clean and remove the stems of mushrooms.
Take a bowl add quark, sour cream. Garlic, dil, olive oil, black pepper & salt.
Mix it well.
Now fill the mushrooms with this mixture and align them on a pan sheet.
Bake mushrooms at 180°C for 10-15 mins.
Sprinkle dill leaves on the top.
Serve hot as a starter, snack or a side dish with main course
If you don’t have quark or sour cream. Use hung cute or normal cream with lemon juice.
