Street Style Dahi Baray ⭐

For pakoras:

Baisan/gram flour 1 cup

Cornflour 2 tablespoon

Zeera (whole) half tsp

Salt

Baking powder half tsp

Oil 1 tbsp


*Use fresh gram flour/baisan

* Seive the gramflour/baisan

* Fry till they are golden brown not light golden

Mix with all the above ingredients with half cup water, fry the pakoras.( make as small as you can because they double their size in yogurt)

In water bowl, soak them for 20 minutes. Squeeze out the water softly with your palms.. keep aside.


For sweet yogurt:

Yogurt Half Kg( You can add lil more, i did too) i have used 700 grams.

Milk 1 cup

Sugar according to your taste( I have used half cup) (you can use pisi hui cheeni)

Use the electric beater to mix everything till you get a smooth/silky consistency. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.


For Sprinkling Masala:

bhoonofy zeera and dhaniya. Add chaat masala

Grind and sprinkle😋


Method:

In a dish/bowl spread the pakoras and pour the sweet yogurt mix.

Sprinkle masala

And Enjoyyy!
