Ingredients: Beef mince 1/2 kg Salt 1tsp Black pepper 1tsp Egg 1 Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp Thyme 1/2 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Bread slices 2 soaked in milk Marinate beef mince with the above ingredients.Mix in your food processor. Keep for an hour minimum. Form patty and fry 4 burger buns Cheese slices 1/2 cup onions, coarsely chopped and saute in 2 tbsp oil Mixture of mayyonaise, mustard paste ketchup, I add my sauteed onions and chopped pickled cucumbers to this sauce as it becomes easy while assembling. U can use pickled cucumber slices separately.
Assembling: Lightly toast the buns.. Apply butter if you want. Place a patty, the prepared sauce and then a slice of cheese.. To make it less messy first place a cheese slice on the bun then the hot patty, it'll make the cheese melt
