Ingredients

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup

  2. Salt 1/8tsp

  3. Oil 1tbsp Luke warm water to knead the dough

Method

  1. Knead the dough . It should se soft.

  2. Leave the dough for 30mins at room temp.

  3. Apply oil on dough surface and cover it.

Tips :

I don't use dry flour ( khushka) while rolling puris i use oil instead and use my fingers to flat them.


Oil temp should be on high. If oil isn't heat properly chances of failed puri or puri will soak the oil.
