Assalam u Alaikum everyone


🍪1)SOOJI GOLGAPPY:


Ingredients:

Half cup coarse sooji

All purpose flour 2 tablespoons

Water one fourth cup


Method:


🍪Take luke warm water. Knead the dough with it.. give a rest of 15 mins..

🍪After 15 mins roll it and cut the circle shape equal sizes..

🍪Put them on plastic sheet .and again give rest of 10 mins..

🍪Cover them with some muslin cloth..if there is fan near by.

🍪After 10 mins fry them ..put them in frying pot in such a way that surface which is on the upper side..goes in the same way..while frying..

🍪It takes 30 to 40 sec to fry..


🍪2)) For Aaloo masala:

I boiled and mashed potatoes.put salt, red crushed chillies and chaat masala..mix all.


🍪3)) For Imli pani:

I took imli chuttni home made in a bowl about 3 to 4 tablespoons.. added chilled freezee water 4 glass ..adjusted salt and sugar..


🍪4)) For Green spicy pani:

Half cup green coriander

Half cup mint

3 spicy green chillies

Ginger powder half tsp

Half cup water

Blend all .then transfer it in bowl.put chilled water 3 cups. add half tsp salt, half tsp red chillie powder, half tsp black salt, half tsp cumin powder, lemon juice or imli pulp .and 2 tablespoon sugar. Adjust spices according to your taste.


If you want smooth water.strain it with strainer.
