- 5 cups apf 
- 5tbsp sugar 
- 1tbsp salt 
- 3tbsp powdered milk 
- 11/2tbsp yeast 
- 1tbsp wheat gluten 
- 2tbsp melted butter 
- 4 tbsp oil 
- 1/4 cup yogurt 
- Water to knead 
- Cheese slices/mozzarella shredded cheese 
- Leftover keema 
- Sesame seeds and corriander for garnish 
METHOD:
- Mix everything except for keema and cheese. 
- Knead the dough soft and leave it to rise for 2 hrs. 
- Then when risen make small balls. 
- Put the keema on cheese slices and put in between the dough and roll it out. 
- Brush it with milk and garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves. 
- You can either bake at 400F for 10 mins or grill it for 3 mins each side. 
- Brush with melted butter. 
- Enjoy😋
