Oven/grill Keema Naan

  1. 5 cups apf

  2. 5tbsp sugar

  3. 1tbsp salt

  4. 3tbsp powdered milk

  5. 11/2tbsp yeast

  6. 1tbsp wheat gluten

  7. 2tbsp melted butter

  8. 4 tbsp oil

  9. 1/4 cup yogurt

  10. Water to knead

  11. Cheese slices/mozzarella shredded cheese

  12. Leftover keema

  13. Sesame seeds and corriander for garnish


METHOD:


  1. Mix everything except for keema and cheese.

  2. Knead the dough soft and leave it to rise for 2 hrs.

  3. Then when risen make small balls.

  4. Put the keema on cheese slices and put in between the dough and roll it out.

  5. Brush it with milk and garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.

  6. You can either bake at 400F for 10 mins or grill it for 3 mins each side.

  7. Brush with melted butter.

  8. Enjoy😋
