Firm Mangoes (sour)4-5 peeled and grated or cut into very small chunks
Gol baghar ki mirch 6-8
Salt a pinch
Sugar 1 - 1 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 1/2 Tsp
Kalonji 1 tsp
1. In a pan add oil and add red whole chilies.
2. Add mangoes sauté, add salt and kalonji, and I/4 cup water.
3. Let it cook, when mangoes are tender and soft add sugar.
4. Let it cook until it gets thick.
Chutney is ready!
