INGREDIENTS
potatoes 4 medium size boiled
Cumin seeds half tsp
Mustard seeds 3 pinch
Curry leaves few
Crush red chillies 1tsp
Salt
Tomato paste 4 tablespoons
Imli chuttni 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 to 3 tablespoons
Method..
In a pan put oil then cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Then put potatoes ,crushed red chillie, tomato paste,salt and imli chuttni.
In the end , garnish with green chillies and green coriander.
