Keri ki Methee chatni

Ingredients:
1kg green keri( raw mangoes) cut into small pieces 10 Garlic cloves, peeled & cut into 4/5 pieces Yellow food color 1/2 tea spoon (optional) Sugar 1 1/2 cup Salt to taste Round whole red pepper dried 7/8 Kalonji ( black seeds) 1 table spoon 1/2 cup white vinegar
Method:
1. Put Keri pieces in a pan on very low heat/flame, cover with lid, water will be released, let it cook slowly till the Keri pieces become soft, but not too soft. 2. Add Sugar, kalongi, garlic, red pepper, salt, when sugar is melted, add food color, cook for 10-15 mins on low flame.
3. In the end add vinegar, mix well & let it cool.
Delicious Keri ki chutni is ready!
