Karelay daal

Ingredients

1 kg karelay

1 cup chana daal

2 onions

4 tomatoes

Few green chillies

1tsp salt

1tsp red chilli powder

1tsp zeeera

1tsp coriander powder

Fresh coriander for garnish


Method

Fry karelay until golden brown

On the side boil chana daal upto 90%

Now in a pan add oil put onion until translucent then add green chilles tomatoes and all the dry masalas bhonify all of them .

After that add boil chana daal cook for another 4 to 5 min then add karelas mix it well

Garnish with fresh coriander.
