Chutney Party!!!
Imli ki khatti meethi Chutney:
Half cup imli pulp
Half cup jaggery (gurh)
Half tbsp crushed zeera
Half tbsp crushed corriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder and flakes
1 tsp kashmiri laal mirch powder
1 cup water
Aloo bukharay ki Shaadiyo wali Chutney:
Half cup water
250grams aloo bukharay
1 cup sugar
Half tsp salt
Half tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp zeera powder
Pinch red food colour
Chaar maghaz/ melon seeds
Hari chutney:
1 bunch hara dhaniya
Half bunch podina
6-7 garlic cloves
1 hari mirch
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp crused/powdered cumin and corriander
1 tsp red chilli powder and flakes.
2 tbsp imli paste
Blend and its ready
Chilli Garlic Mayo Dip:
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2
Salt
Black pepper
Red chilli flakes
Bbq ki Chutney:
Half cup imli ka pani
Water 1 cup
2 green chilli
Half bunch dhaniya
Half bunch podina
Salt half tsp
Red chilli flakes & powder 1 tsp
Zeera & dhaniya powder half tsp each
Talhaar Mirch aur Lehsun ki Chutney:
Yeh authentic hai, maza na ae paisay wapis🙆🏻♀️
Talhaar mirch 10 (soak them in water for half hour)
Garlic 10
Zeera 1 teaspoon
Lemon 1
Grind with lil water.
Bunkabab ki Chutney:
Blend together,
Imli pulp
Coriander 1 bunch
Mint leaves half bunch
Onion 2-3 tbsps
Green chilli 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Zeera 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
