Cherry Jam

Simple , easy and utterly delicious made with just 3 ingredients,


Ingredients 750 gms cherries 500 gms sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice

Method : Wash and pit the cherries. Chop half randomly and leaving the other whole. Take a deep pot , add in cherries and pour lemon juice. Let it cook on a very low flame for 6-8 minutes. Add in sugar and cook till desired consistency almost for 10 minutes. You can use a potato smasher to crush the cherries. Once done pour in sterilised glass jar. #tip Use wooden spoon while cooking Glass jar should be sterilised Don’t use too much lemon
