Who doesnât like chatkharedar Channa Chaat, its like every desiâs goto food that we all adore, it hits every corner of flavour buds and is extremely healthy as well,
Especially It is best thing to have in these days âQuarantine Livingâ to boost our immunity and liven up our days in family isolation đ
Right, so I am not going to give exact measurements but a general recipe for you guys to adapt according to your taste đ
Chatnis
Khati Imli chatni
Take some tamarind pulp and mix chaat masala, salt, bhuna pisa zeera dhania, red chilli powder, crushed red chillies, pinch of Kaala namak, Cook it so you get a boil and it is ready.
Meethi Imli chatni
All the above plus add sugar and cook it to boil, set aside
Meetha yogurt
In yogurt add salt, sugar, bhuna pisa zeera dhania, little water to thin
Set aside some sliced onion, chopped tomato, green chillies, green corriander, chaat masala, papri.
In a pan add some tinned Chickpeas and squared boiled potatoes, put some water and salt and turmeric and let is simmer for 10 - 15 min
Yes you can always used fresh boiled channay if you have time đ
Assembly:
I just put all the chatnis, papri, channay, onion, chaat masala etc on the table and let everyone make their own chaat how they wish and enjoy đ

Put some Aloo channay in a plate, add khati chatni, meethi chatni, yogurt, top with onions, tomato, green chillies, green corriander, papri and chaat masala, Yummm đ
