Chanay Ki Daal Palak

Ingredients : -onion (sliced) -tomatoes ( chopped) -spianch ( finely chopped) -channay ki daal ( boiled) -green chillies (slitted) -salt - to taste -red chilli powder -crushed red chilli -zeera -oil

Method:

-In a wok add oil and fry onion, till it turn golden brown. -add zeera and chopped tomato. -cook till tomatoes get soft, add spices and cook for another 2-3 minutes. -Add chopped spianch and boiled channay ki daal, mix well. -add green chillies and add water and let it cook. So the flavours are incorporated equally. -now when water starts to dry, bhunify a bit and it ready to served.

Notes:

-you can add sukhi meethi too, as it gives amazing aroma.
