Assalam u Alaikum ,everyone...
Since it is Ramadan..so thought to share my ramadan staple food ..
My Ammi recepie..we biharis cook most of the things in ❤MUSTARD OIL..❤
LAWAZAMAAT we serve with GHUGNI are:😊😊
Boiled Rice
Piyazoo channay ki daal k
Masoor ki daal ki phulki
Alloo k chips
Salad
Imli ki chutni
Green yogurt chutni
Daal k papur
Soaked kachi channay ki daal
Recepie:
🥚Channay ki Daal k PIYAZOO:
🌶First soak 2 cups of channay ki daal for 4 to 6 hours..
🌶Then drain all water and choperize them into smooth paste.
🌶 Add bhuna zeera , ginger garlic paste, salt. Haldi, kutti hui laal mirch.green chillies,sliced onions, coriander.mix all.
🌶fry in mustard all in medium heat..till brown and crispy..
🥚Masoor ki daal ki PHULKI:
🌶Soak 2 cups of masoor ki.daal.then drain all water. choperoze them into smooth paste.
🌶then add ginger garlic paste.sabut zeera.. salt.haldi.pinch of khannay ka soda.. achi tarah phaintaain.
🌶phr halki aanch par chote size mein fry mustard oil mein fry karain.till fully done..
🥚GHUGNI:
🌶Soak 2 cups of black chick peas.
🌶then in a pot put mustard oil.sliced onions. fry them till light brown.
🌶 add black chick peas...sabut zeera.. ginger garlic paste.sabut laal mirch 10 to 12. salt. haldi and water.let it cook.till tender.
🌶 let all water dry.. phr bhoon lain..add pisa hua garam masala.
🥚Soaked kachi channay ki daal ..
drain water add bareek Kata hua ginger.salt.lemon juice.. onions chopped.dhania and podina chopped and green chillies. we serve it with ghugni.
