Ingredients:
2 cups Lady fingers(bhindi) Tomato 3 large size Tomato paste 4 to 5 tablespoons Oil 1/2 cup Red chillie powder 1teaspoon Turmeric powder half teaspoon Salt as per taste Ginger garlic paste 1teaspoon Karhai Masala: Roasted cumin seeds 1and a half tsp Roasted coriander seeds 1and a half tsp Kasuri methi 1tsp Red button chillies 5 Grind them together in a spice grinder.
Method: 1) First in a pot oil in a medium flame fry your cut lady fingers for about 5 to 7 mins.. 2) Take them out. In the same pot add tomatoes ..cut them in two pieces.. cover the pot .. when they ate soft..remove the skin.. 3)Blend tomatoes in a jug blender for perfect gravy texture. 4) Put ginger garlic paste in a pot add blended tomatoes, tomato paste, red chillie powder, turmeric powder,salt .mix all together and cook for few minutes. 5) Add your lady fingers in tomato mixture mix well.. put your grinded karhai masala 2 teaspoons.. 6) cook on slow flame for few minutes. 7) Garnish with green chillies 8)Serve with rice or roti. Tips: Don't over cook ladyfingers. You can add more oil at any step. If you want more gravy you can add more tomatoes.
