Make a paste of Sabut Lal Mirch, Safaid Zeera, Lehsun, Namak & Imli . Wash bhindi and green chilies and cut the head & tail of bhindi.
Cut from centre to fill the paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add zeera & curry leaves. Turn them brown.
Add the marinated vegetables.
Cook on low flame till it is tender.
Don't add water,
Use big flat spoon to mix.
Serve with baisan ki roti.
