Aloo kay Samosay

Ingredients :


For samoosa dough:


- Maida - 2 cups

- Ajwain - 1/2 tsp

- Salt - 1/2 tsp

- Zeera- 1 tbsp

- Ghee - 2 tbsp

- Water


For stuffing


- potatoes ( boiled) - 3

- Onion - 1

- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp

- Tumeric powder - 1 tsp

- Salt - a/c to taste

- Green chillies - 2 ( thin sliced)

- Zeera - 1 tbsp

- Oil- 4 tbsp


Method:


- In maida, add dry ingredients and mix well.

- Add ghee and add mix.

- Finally knead flour with water ( not to soft).

- Apply oil after kneading and rest it for 30 minutes.

- For better understanding, for folding technique, you can watch food fusion video.

- Boil potatoes, keep aside

- Now in oil add zeera and onion, fry for 2-3 minutes and add green chillies.

- Now add potatoes and mash a little and spiece, mix well.
