Bhindi ki rishtadari kisi bhee cheez sai mushkil sai hoti hai, per hum bhee combos try kertay rahain gay 😉
This recipe is absolute treat, chat patee and mazadar 👌👌
Ingredients:
Bhindi 1/2 kg
Aloo 1 big or 2 med
Onion 2 big
Oil 4-5 Tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Zeera (sabit) 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Crushed red chillies 1/4 tsp
Black pepper pwdr 1/4 tsp
Zeera pwdr 1/2 tsp
Corriendar pwdt 1/2 tsp
Grammasala pwdr 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 - 1 tsp
Green chilies 4-5 (as per ur choice)
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Chicken stock cube
Curry leaves
Whole red chillie
Hara dhania for garnish
Method:
Cut bhindi n potatoes in relatively big slices (otherwise they'll become mushy).. Thinly cut onions.
Now take oil in a pan add whole zeera n let it crackle a bit then add potatoes n haldi. Mix n let potatoes cook, add some water potatoes should be 90% done.
Take them out n set aside.
Now in the same pan add onions n cook till pinkish.
Add bhindi n stir well add soya sauce in between too,(this will help in to remove the stickiness of the bhindi).
Add all the remaining masalas n par cooked potatoes n keep stiring.
Add finely chopped green chilles in between.
Before serving me x lemon juice n corriander and serve n enjoy with gram gram ghar ki rotis....

Note:
* Don't add salt as per taste cause v r adding soya sauce, chatmasala n lemon juice too... U can check in the end n add if needed.
* Adding soya sauce or lemon juice helps in removing stickiness without letting bhindi mushy.
