Simple, quick, light, healthy and delicious!!! My absolute favourite!!
Ingredients:
- 2 medium sized potatoes (cut in cubes) - French beans (cut in medium sized pieces) - 2 tomatoes (cut in medium sized pieces) - Ginger & garlic paste - 1 medium sized onions (thinly chopped) - Cumin seeds - Coriander powder
- Red chilli powder - Chaat masala - Black pepper powder - Lemon juice - Chopped cilantro - Chopped green chillies - Oil
Method:
Bring beans to boil for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp of oil & add cumin, ginger & garlic paste, onions & saute them until onions are translucent. Add potatoes & fry them for 5 minutes. Cover the pan & let it cook. Check in between. Mix the potatoes, cover them & cook again until tender. Now add beans & chopped tomatoes & cover the pan for about 5 minutes or until tomato is tender. Add salt, chaat masala, corriander powder, black pepper, red chilli powder. Top it off with some freshly chopped cilantro & green chilli. Add lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients nicely.
Serve with freshly made chapati or white rice. Enjoy!!
