Very berry forest cake

Ingredients for sponge
4 eggs
3ounces flour
1 ounce dark cocoa powder
1/2tsp baking powder
4 ounces caster sugar
1tbsp vanilla ess
Salt one good pinch
Method for sponge
Preheat ur oven at 350C
Sieve flour cocoa nd baking powder together 3times keep aside
Now beat eggs till light nd fluffy
Now add gradually sugar nd beat at high
When both get creamy add vanilla ess
Now fold flour mixture into egg mixture ( don't beat just CUT ND FOLD WITH SPATULA)
pour into greased moulds
Bake them at 180c for 20-25mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Once it get done take them out nd cool on wire rack.
After cooling cut from centre nd soak spong with sugar syrup
(1/2cup water 2tbsp sugar dissolve it nd use)
For cream
Use good dairy cream or whipped cream. Add icing sugar if unsweetened. Don't use regular sugar in cream.
Berry sauce
Take 1/2cup strawberry jam and 1/2cup cherry jam plus 2 2tbsp black current jam
Add 1/4cup of water and cook it. For thicken the sauce add 1tbsp dissolved cornflour to it.
Now assemble ur cake
First place one layer soak with syrup put some cream drizzle generously berry sauce sprinkle chocolate chips put another layer soak with surup then iced ur cake with whipped cream put into fridge for some minutes to set now take it out drizzle melted chocolate
Decorate the cake
Put into fridge to set
Serve chilled.
