OREO BROWNIES With Chocolate Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour (maida) 1 cup caster sugar 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup oil/melted butter 2 large eggs 1tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup Nutella or you can take any chocolate chips 10-12 Oreos chopped


METHOD:


1. Beat eggs in a bowl, then add sugar in it and whisk it. Add butter, vanilla essence and milk and mix well. 2. Than add flour and baking powder in a bowl. Gently fold it. In the end add Nutella and combine it gently. 3. Preheat the oven to 180C. 4. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. 5. Pour batter in the pan and then top with the chopped Oreos. (Or you can also layer the Oreos in middle and then top with chopped Oreos). 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the toothpick inserted comes out almost clean. 7. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Note: Adding milk and baking powder will make these brownies cakey style rather then fudgy style. If you wish to make these fudgy brownies, you may omit adding milk and baking powder.



CHOCOLATE SAUCE


Double Cream 300ml

Chocolate Chips 200ml

Butter 1tsp


Put everything in pan and heat with low heat, when Chocolate gets soft mix it. Chocolate Sauce is ready. 😊


To serve, place your brownies slice in a serving bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds.

Add generous amount of warm Chocolate sauce.

Top with ice-cream and serve.
