INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/2 CUP YOGURT
1 CUP POWDER SUGAR MIX WELL
1/2 CUP OIL
1.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA SIEVE MIX 3/4 CUP MILK (MIX GRADUALLY) 7 INCH OIL GREASED SAUCE PAN
POUR THE BATTER INTO THE PAN TAKE A IRON TAWA PRE-HEAT FOR 5-7 MIN. PLACE THE SAUCE PAN & COVER IT COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 45-50 MIN. CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY CLEAR THE EDGE REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE PAN CUT INTO SLICES
