Ingredients:
All purpose flour 2 cups
Sugar 2 cups fine granulated
Baking powder 2 tsp full
Salt 2 pinch
Heinz cocoa powder 6 tablespoons
Oil 1cup
Buttermilk 1cup
Eggs 6
Vanilla essence 2tsp
Wilton Red gel food colouring 1tsp or as you like
For Frosting:
3 packs of 8 oz philadelphia cream cheese
Icing sugar 1and a halfcup
Vanilla essence half tsp
Method:
🍰First grease two pans with oil or butter and put a piece of parchment paper .then preheat any big pot on medium flame..
🍰Then in one bowl sieve your flour , baking powder, cocoa powder and salt..
🍰In other bowl beat eggs and sugar together then add vanilla essence ,oil and butter milk then mix dry ingredients gently.. add red food colouring...
🍰 pour mixture in two separate pans and put pan over some stand inside pot or dekhchi.. bake on medium flame for 1hour...
For frosting:
🍰Beat cream cheese and sugar with electric beater until smooth and creamy.
🍰Put cream cheese frosting for one hour in refrigerator.
🍰 decorate with cream cheese frosting.. put cake in a refrigerator.
Enjoy your cake with tea.
