Pound Cake

Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) packet cream cheese 1 1/2 cup veg oil 2 1/2 cup sugar. 6 eggs. 3 cups apf 1 tsp vanilla essence 1tsp baking powder
Method
In a large bowl add oil and cream cheese beat until smooth. Add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, flour and baking powder. In a cake mould spray some oil add all the batter and bake for 45 mints on 325 degrees F. Do the toothpick test. If it comes clear then your most perfect, moist pound cake is ready.
