Kaloonji biscuits

Ingredients

  1. All purpose flour 2cups

  2. Oil 3/4cup

  3. Caster sugar 1/2cup

  4. Salt 1tsp

  5. Kaloonji seeds 1tsp

  6. Vanilla essence 1tsp

  7. Egg 1

  8. Baking powder 1tsp


Method

  1. Beat together oil and caster sugar

  2. Add egg vanilla ess together

  3. Now put dry flour ,salt, baking powder, kaloonji

  4. mix all thing well with hands

  5. Make dough

Making Biscuits

  1. Roll out the dough Cut the shapes what ever you want

  2. Place them in greased baking tray

  3. Put them in preheated oven at 180c for 10-12 mins

  4. Take them out put them in wire rack to cool

  5. Save in airtight jar
