Gola Kabab

My famous gola kabab recipe, juiciest, tender melt in the mouth exactly like shadiyu walay


INGREDIENTS


Beef mince (finely grinded) 1 kg

Onion 1 large (fried and crushed)

Onion (boiled and chopped) 2tbsp

Papaya paste 1tsp

Red chilli crushed 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Green chillies chopped 1 tbsp

Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch

garam masala 1 tbsp (includes garam masala+grinded cardamons+grinded

nutmeg & mace)

Gram flour roasted 4tbsp

Yogurt 1tbsp

Special Bbq masala 3tbsp


Ingredients for special BBQ masala


Whole dried red chillies 5-6

Chickpeas (roasted) 2 tbsp

Coriander seeds 2 tbsp

Dessicated coconut 2 tbsp

Badyan 2 ( star anise)

Tez patta 1medium ( bay leaf)

Poppy seeds 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds 1 tbsp


METHOD


Roast dry all bbq masala ingredients and then grind(use only 3tbsp in 1 kg mince).

Now mix all ingredients in mince, cover it and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Then make gola kabab shape from mince mixture and fry in 3-4 tbsp of oil over low flame.

Fry till golden brown from both sides,turn very carefully due to softness of kababs.
