Chapli Kababs with Shan Masala

Ingredients:

  1. Mince 2 kg,

  2. 6 eggs,

  3. 1 bunch of green onion,

  4. 3 tomatoes,

  5. 2 onions,

  6. 3/4 cup makai ka atta,

  7. corriandor

  8. Bhuna hoa Pisa hoa 2 Tsp,

  9. kuti Hoi lal mirch.

  10. Salt to taste,

  11. one pack shan Chapli kabab masala


Method:

  1. Take mince add chop green onions tomatoes, green chillies, mix them well

  2. add 6 eggs and dry spices

  3. add shan masla and Maki ka atta untill it absorb all the water of mince

  4. immediately fry in clarified butter or mustered oil

For Extra Flavor: U can add 5 lemons and anar dana for extra flavor
