Chapli Kababs with Shan Masala

Ingredients:
Mince 2 kg,
6 eggs,
1 bunch of green onion,
3 tomatoes,
2 onions,
3/4 cup makai ka atta,
corriandor
Bhuna hoa Pisa hoa 2 Tsp,
kuti Hoi lal mirch.
Salt to taste,
one pack shan Chapli kabab masala
Method:
Take mince add chop green onions tomatoes, green chillies, mix them well
add 6 eggs and dry spices
add shan masla and Maki ka atta untill it absorb all the water of mince
immediately fry in clarified butter or mustered oil
For Extra Flavor: U can add 5 lemons and anar dana for extra flavor
