Chapli Kababs with Shan Masala

Ingredients:
- Mince 2 kg, 
- 6 eggs, 
- 1 bunch of green onion, 
- 3 tomatoes, 
- 2 onions, 
- 3/4 cup makai ka atta, 
- corriandor 
- Bhuna hoa Pisa hoa 2 Tsp, 
- kuti Hoi lal mirch. 
- Salt to taste, 
- one pack shan Chapli kabab masala 
Method:
- Take mince add chop green onions tomatoes, green chillies, mix them well 
- add 6 eggs and dry spices 
- add shan masla and Maki ka atta untill it absorb all the water of mince 
- immediately fry in clarified butter or mustered oil 
For Extra Flavor: U can add 5 lemons and anar dana for extra flavor
